What do you mean by cardio + yoga?
We take a traditional yoga class and mixx in HIIT (“high-intensity interval training”) cardio. Depending on the class you take, this means we may guide you from down dogs to mountain climbers, from warriors to football drills, or crow pose to burpees. This is the best of both worlds – interval training plus stretching, at it’s finest.
What if I don’t want to do cardio?
No problem. Try out a traditional Vinyasa class for a fluidly moving flow; pick a Gentle class if you’re looking for slow and deep stretching with minimal standing. Or feel free to take our signature Mixx class and skip the cardios – child pose is your safe place!
I don’t really know my schedule. Do I need to sign up for a class in advance?
We won’t turn you away unless the class is at capacity (18). It helps us out a lot when clients sign up ahead of time because as we get to know you, we can make sure to have modifications ready for your needs.
How much does a class or membership cost?

Do you have showers?
We do not have showers but we do have a private changing area, as well as a gender-neutral restroom.
Is the room hot?
No. We believe in being as physiologically sound as possible, at all times – since “hot yoga” can lead to injury or overheating, we do not offer this style in our studio. But don’t worry, our classes bring the heat anyway!! We use air conditioning to keep the temperature at a comfortable level.
Is it only for ladies?
Absolutely not. We love our Mixx fellas!
Do I need to buy a membership for one specific style or can I mix and match?
You can take any style of class you wish. We encourage you to try different styles (and different instructors) as often as possible.
