What do you mean there is cardio in yoga?
Our classes mixx up vinyasa flow with HIIT cardio. This means that we will guide you from warriors to kickboxing, downdogs to lunges and maybe even some handstands to burpees. This is interval training and stretching at it’s finest.
What if I don’t want to do cardio?
The time you spend on your mat is yours to do whatever you like with it. Skip the cardios or opt into taking a Vinyasa Flow or Gentle Yoga class instead.
I don’t really know my schedule. Do I need to sign up for a class in advance?
Please do! It helps us out a lot when clients sign up ahead of time. If you don’t sign up, no worries, but don’t get mad at us if the class is at capacity and you have to wait for the next one!
Can I just try a class before committing to a package?
YES! We have a free week offer for anyone who will check in on Yelp or Facebook.
How much does a class or membership cost?

Do you have showers?
No showers in the Newport Beach studio. Plan accordingly!
Is the room hot?
Our classes bring the heat, but we like to turn on the AC.
Is it only for ladies?
Absolutely NOT! We have many men who can tell you that our classes are all the workout any gender needs for a day.
Do I need to buy a package for one type of class or I can mix and match?
Any package applies to any and all classes – we want you to “mixx it up” anyway you want!

I’m shy and/or I want to deepen my practice with some PRIVATE CLASSES, are those available to me?
YES! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to give us an idea of how often you would like to have private classes so that we can offer you a quote!
Do I need to create an account?
Yes, we will ask you to go through a sign up process at the studio if you haven’t already done so.
How early should I come?
Please come at least 15 minutes before class begins so that we can help you sign up. This also gives you a chance to discuss your injuries/concerns with your instructor. Plus, you can pick your prime spot!
What do I need to bring?
Technically, you need nothing other than your positive energy! But if you don’t want to pay to rent a mat or buy water, bring them with you. We provide complimentary towel service for all your sweat.
I forgot my mat! Can I rent one from you?
Yes! We rent yoga mats for $2 each.
Do you have water or do I have to bring mine?
We have waters for $2.
What do I need to wear?
Something you don’t mind getting a bit sweaty in. We suggest a tee or tank with form-fitting bottoms. Don’t have anything? Come early and shop our store in studio!
Do I need to wear shoes?
Nope, yogi toes all the way!
How does it work when I get there?
If you signed up online, check in at the front desk and sign yourself in with the iPads or see the front desk staff. If it is your first time, please see the front desk staff.
What do I do with my shoes?
Leave them at the front lobby! We want to keep the floor you practice on clean. Do not pass the partition with your shoes on. Please and thank you!
What should I do if there is a class in session and I arrive early?
Walk into the studio quietly. We only have one room and would like to keep the integrity and peace of every class.
Can I freeze my class plans if I go out of town?
Yes! Just let us know in person. But keep in mind you can only freeze packages once per year for a minimum of 3 weeks and a maximum of 2 months.
