Mixx Teaser

This style is the perfect intro to the Mixx style. Ease your way in with simple yoga and zero-impact (no jumping!) cardio exercises. Don’t be fooled, though, it will get every muscle moving to the music, and yes, that includes your heart!

Vinyasa Flow

Want to skip the cardio in our signature mixx classes? No problem! Flow through traditional yoga poses synchronizing your breath with every movement. Classes range from Level 1 to Level 2-3, but feel comfortable moving at your own pace.

Gentle Yoga

The slow, deep movements in these classes target flexibility and cultivate mindfulness. This class is perfect for athletes, tight bodies, and stressed minds.

Hatha

Move through a structured set of sequences with no classic sun salutations. This class will move a bit more slowly, and allow time to build on the basics. Because there are no standard sun salutations, this is a great class for yogis with wrist injuries.

Energized Gentle

This class will feature the breath, stretching, mobility work and relaxation of a Gentle yoga class, but it will also offer the chance to softly explore the building blocks of flow, including the Warrior series and standing poses. Energized Gentle is the perfect class for yogis who want a little more than traditional Gentle, and a little less than Vinyasa Flow.
